The beginning

assalamualaikum wbr,

almost most of us define the term "change" as hard and burden . it needs true courage and a big effort to do so. actually its not as hard as what it seems to be, its just need a little effort, and a beginning . sometimes we dont even start the first step yet but we argue so much, until we tired of arguing and realize that we dont even take a step .

 just remember a step of journey is better than a thousand books.

1st

the first thing is to take the first steps. in order to take the steps is to have the intention in ourselves. some people straight away think about the hard part on changing, thats why they failed to change .no one is forcing us to change in a clip of an eye, we can take a small steps ,no need to rush! its better doing small ibadah that is istiqamah rather than a big ibadah but didnt istiqamah. so firstly, stick to the intention to change in ourselves.

even it may seems small, but it effects alot in our life.

for some people, when they have the intention to change, they immidiately throw away the things that might make them stick to their old character. 

for some people they dont want to sacrifice even a little, so soon or later they will have the disease back, where they stick to their old self.  they need to slowly throw the disease away that make them more closer to dunya than ukhrawi. 

so what we gonna do?

1stly, dont watch movies or drama too much, because it may cause a disease to our heart. which makes the iman fades . 

dont see boys/girls frequently and don't think of them everytime, because thinking of human will make us drown to dunya ,so the way is to lower our gaze

2nd

people have their own characteristic and thinking. some may see it hard to change , some may see it easy . so here we need to play the main role,.find a good friend, find a better friend that can guide us throught the way of life. i am stressing  this because most people find it wrong. some people say they can live in a community of harsh and brutal people because they can balance themselves in either way, but usually they endup being totally like them.

how can a sheep get into a group of lion and tell them to become like a sheep. but a majority of sheep can change the attitude even a lion to become like a sheep.

so even, we want to be friend with the people who are "naughty" , seriously we need more people (backup) who can really guide us to akhirah rather than guided by naughty people.
